EVGREEN stands behind the quality and safety of its products. EVGREEN products purchased from EVCO USA or an authorized EVGREEN reseller are covered by a 24-month Limited Warranty, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions. |
Returns & Refunds
Because EVGREEN products are electrical products, returns are subject to safety requirements.
Products that have been installed, connected, energized, used, modified, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
Unused and unopened products may be eligible for return according to the return policy of EVCO USA or the authorized EVGREEN reseller from whom the product was purchased.
Products marked Non-Returnable, Final Sale, Special Order, or Custom Order are not eligible for return.

Warranty Coverage
The EVGREEN Limited Warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase may be required for warranty service.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, improper electrical conditions, external damage, or normal wear and tear.
